Qui hoạch tổng mặt bằng được lập phù hợp với qui hoạch chung của sở xây dựng thành phố Đà Nẵng. Công trình được qui hoạch dựa trên sự phân tích về yếu tố khí hậu của khu vực như: hướng nắng, hướng gió,giao thông và các yếu tố khác tác động tới công trình.
Từ sự phân tích đó định vị được hướng chính của công trình, chọn vị trí xây dựng công trình sao cho hợp lý về không gian, đảm bảo giao thông đi lại thuận lợi.
