Trường hợp doanh nghiệp ký hợp đồng

Trường hợp doanh nghiệp ký hợp đồng lao động dưới 03 tháng, tiền công tính theo ngày hoặc theo giờ lao động, thanh toán 02 lần/tháng nhưng tính tổng mức thu nhập theo tháng từ 02 triệu đồng trở lên thì phải khấu trừ thuế TNCN theo mức 10% trên thu nhập trước khi trả cho người lao động.
