Như đã nói ở trên, chương trình giảng dạy ở
các cấp học của ta đã lâu ít thay đổi, hiện có
nhiều phần không còn thích hợp nữa. Tuy
nhiên, việc soạn thảo một chương trình mới,
đáp ứng yêu cầu hiện đại hóa giáo dục, đòi
hỏi phải có thời gian nghiên cứu và phải
được tổ chức một cách thích hợp.
Trên tinh thần đó xin có mấy đề nghị:
1. Trong năm năm tới tạm giữ ổn định
chương trình và sách giáo khoa
2. Ngay bây giờ cần tổ chức việc nghiên
cứu, biên soạn chương trình và sách giáo
khoa mới cho giai đoạn sau 2004, huy
động sự đóng góp trí tuệ và kinh nghiệm
của các nhà giáo dục và khoa học ưu tú
trong cả nước
3. Đi đôi với cải cách chương trình và sách
giáo khoa cần nghiên cứu nghiêm túc để
đổi mới phương pháp giảng dạy và giáo
dục trong nhà trường

of course, the drafting of a new program,

be held in an appropriate manner.
In this spirit please have a few suggestions:
