Từ 01/01/2016 đến hết ngày 30/07/2016 tổng số vụ thắc mắc khiếu nại là 27 vụ trong đó:
Khiếu nại: 93% tương ứng 25 vụ trong đó số khiếu nại chưa hợp lý hoặc không đúng sự thật là 2 vụ chiếm 7%
Dựa trên thống kê, CR đưa ra một số phân tích nhằm đưa ra các giải pháp để giảm thiểu tỷ lệ khiếu nại thắc mắc trong nhà máy.
