Hợp đồng xuất khẩu là sự thoả thuận giữa hai bên có trụ sở kinh doanh ở các quốc gia khác nhau, theo đó một bên gọi là bên bán (bên xuất khẩu ) có nghĩa vụ chuyển quyền sở hữu cho một bên khác gọi là bên mua (bên nhập khẩu) một tài sản nhất định gọi là hàng hóa. Bên mua có nghĩa vụ nhận hàng và thanh toán tiền.
