7.2.5 Các hàng hóa LGEVH cung cấp cho NCC để lắp ráp linh kiện và khuôn mẫu (nếu có) sẽ được bàn giao tại kho hoặc tại nhà máy sản xuất của LGEVH. Việc bàn giao hàng hóa và khuôn mẫu được lập thành biên bản có chữ ký xác nhận của đại diện hai bên. Trường hợp LGEVH cung cấp cho NCC khuôn mẫu thì hai bên ký Phụ lục hợp đồng thỏa thuận về các nội dung sử dụng khuôn mẫu.

7.2.5 The LGEVH goods provided to the NCC to assemble components and molds (if any) will be handed over in the warehouse or at the production plant of LGEVH. The handover of goods and molds is made in writing with signatures certified by representatives of both parties. LGEVH case provides NCC mold, the two parties signed the contract annex agreement on the contents using molds.
