(b) Trong trường hợp Thiết bị bị hỏ

(b) Trong trường hợp Thiết bị bị hỏng khi được kiểm tra như qui định tại phần trên, LGEVH có trách nhiệm bằng chi phí của mình sửa chữa hoặc cung cấp thiết bị thay thế cho NCC trong vòng 15 ngày kể từ ngày có thông báo lỗi của NCC.

(b) in the case of broken equipment when tested as specified in the section above, LGEVH is responsible for using his expenses to repair or replace the equipment provided to NCC within 15 days of the notification of NCC errors.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

(B) In the case of equipment damaged when tested as specified in the section above, LGEVH shall have his own expense to repair or replace equipment supplier for NCC within 15 days from the date of the communication NCC error.
