Hợp đồng này được tuân theo các quy định của pháp luật Việt Nam. Những vấn đề không quy định trong hợp đồng này, hai bên sẽ tuân thủ theo luật pháp hiện hành của nước CHXHCN Việt Nam. Mọi tranh chấp phát sinh liên quan đến việc thực hiện hợp đồng này sẽ được giải quyết trên tinh thần hòa giải và thương lương trên nguyên tắc hợp tác và tôn trọng lẫn nhau. Những tranh chấp hai bên không thỏa thuận được sẽ đưa ra Tòa án Kinh tế thành phố Hà Nội để giải quyết, phán quyết của Tòa Án là quyết định cuối cùng hai bên phải chấp hành. Mọi chi phí Tòa Án do bên thua chịu.
