Các yêu cầu tạm ngừng hoặc ngừng hẳn việc sử dụng một phần hay toàn bộ dịch vụ phải đuợc thực hiện bằng văn bản, được đại diện có thẩm quyền của Bên A ký. Bên A có nghĩa vụ thanh toán các khoản chi phí phát sinh (nếu có) theo qui định của Bên B.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

The requested pause or stop must be the use of a part or the whole of the service must be made in writing, be competent representative of party A to sign. A party obliged to pay the cost incurred (if any) as required by the B Side.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

The requested pause or stop the use of part or all of the services to be performed in writing, is authorized representatives of Contracting Party A. Party A is obliged to pay the expenses incurred (if any) prescribed by the Party B.
