Xin chào các bạn, Tôi tên là A. Năm nay tôi 45 tuổi. Hiện tôi đang là một công chức nhà nước tại một trị trấn nhỏ của thành phố. Hàng ngày thôi thường thức dạy vào lúc 5h30’ sáng, để chuẩn bị bữa sáng cho gia đình. 7 h tôi bắt đầu đi làm.Nơi tôi làm việc cách nhà khoảng 5 km. Công việc của tôi bắt đầu lúc 7h 30’.
Công việc hàng ngày của tôi là công tác văn phòng,cơ quan tôi có 12 người công việc nhiều lên khá là bận rộn. Hơn nữa, tôi đựơc giao nhiệm vụ tiếp công dân hàng tuần nên những đối tượng nhân dân tôi tiếp đón cũng rất nhiều thành phần…đôi lúc cũng rất phức tạp. Vì vậy tôi phải luôn giữ thái độ thân thiện, ôn hoà và tinh thần thoái mái để tiếp chuyện mọi người. Nhiều lúc áp lực công việc làm tôi rất mệt mỏi xong tôi lại phải điều chỉnh lại ngay bằng cách cười thật nhiều và uống càphê. Kết thức công việc buổi sáng vào khoảng 11h15’, tôi trở về gia đình nghỉ ngơi. Buổi chiều công việc bắt đầu từ 13h30- 17h15’. Trên đường về nhà tôi tranh thủ đi chợ mua đồ dùng, thực phẩm chuẩn bị bữa tối cho gia đình và đón con….Có rất nhiều việc phải làm trong gia đình, vì vậy khi các con tôi đi ngủ tối là lúc tôi phải dọn dẹp, giặt giũ…Tôi đi ngủ lúc 11h.
