Năm 2016- 2017:
Hiện tại, năm 2016 Nhà trường đã có 3 nhân viên làm việc ở các vị trí sau: (01) kế toán trưởng và (02) nhân viên hành chính. Trong năm đầu tiên, trường mới thành lập, số lượng trẻ em đăng ký tham gia học tập còn chưa nhiều, do đó số lượng nhân viên như hiện tại là hợp lý và có thể quản lý các công việc một cách ổn định và nhanh chóng, Ngoài ra, đối với các nhân viên khác: Nhân viên bảo vệ, nhân viên vệ sinh, nhân viên đưa đón trẻ em, nhân viên nấu ăn,… Nhà trường đều ký hợp đồng thuê các đơn vị ngoài tại Việt Nam có kinh nghiệm và chuyên nghiệp để thực hiện các công việc theo yêu cầu của nhà Trường. Do đó, Nhà trường sẽ chưa cần tuyển dụng thêm nhân viên. Tất cả các nhân viên trên sẽ do đơn vị cung cấp quản lý và chịu trách nhiệm trước nhà trường.
