4.2. Rút ngắn thời gian cấp giấy chứng nhận đăng ký đầu tư.
Dự án đầu tư thuộc diện quyết định chủ trương đầu tư của Quốc hội, Thủ tướng Chính phủ, Uỷ ban nhân dân cấp tỉnh thì cơ quan đăng ký đầu tư cấp giấy CNĐKĐT cho nhà đầu tư trong thời hạn 5 ngày làm việc thay cho 45 ngày như trước đây. Các trường hợp khác cơ quan đăng ký đầu tư cấp giấy CNĐKĐT trong thời hạn 15 ngày kể từ ngày nhận đủ hồ sơ.
