Điều 12: Giải quyết tranh chấp

Bất kỳ tranh chấp nào liên quan đến Hợp đồng này, trước hết sẽ được giải quyết theo tinh thần thương lượng, hòa giải giữa các Bên. Những tranh chấp không thể giải quyết theo tinh thần hòa giải thiện chí trong vòng 90 (chin mươi) ngày kể từ ngày thương lượng đầu tiên, sẽ được trình lên Tòa án có thẩm quyền của Việt Nam giải quyết theo quy định của Pháp luật Việt Nam. Quyết định của Tòa án là quyết định cuối cùng mà các Bên phải tuân theo. Phí Tòa án sẽ do Bên có lỗi chịu trách nhiệm thanh toán.

Article 12: dispute resolutionAny disputes relating to this contract, will be resolved in the spirit of negotiation, mediation between the parties. The dispute could not be resolved in the spirit of goodwill reconciliation within 90 (ninety chin) days from the date the first negotiation, shall be submitted to the competent courts of Vietnam settled under the rules of the law of Vietnam. The Court's decision is the final decision that the parties must adhere. The Court will charge by the party at fault is responsible for the payment.

Article 12: Settlement of disputes

Any disputes relating to this Agreement will first be resolved in the spirit of negotiation and mediation between the parties. These disputes can not be resolved in the spirit of goodwill mediation within 90 (ninety) days after the first negotiation, will be submitted to the competent court of Vietnam for settlement as prescribed by law Vietnam. The court's decision is the final decision which the parties must follow. Court fees by the party at fault will be responsible for payment.
