Tìm hiểu, phân tích và đánh giá thực trạng thực hiện các hoạt động cung cấp
dịch vụ của Ngân hàng Nam Á. Từ đó, rút ra những nhận xét về những thuận lợi,
khó khăn, hạn chế về hoạt động cung cấp dịch vụ của ngân hàng đang thực hiện.
Đồng thời thông qua nghiên cứu khảo sát mức độ hài lòng của khách hàng cá
nhân về dịch vụ của ngân hàng, để thấy được những mặt còn hạn chế và khó khăn
mà ngân hàng đang gặp phải, rồi từ đó đề xuất những giải pháp nâng cao và hoàn
thiện hoạt động cung cấp dịch vụ của ngân hàng
