(l) Bên bán được miễn trừ trách nhi

(l) Bên bán được miễn trừ trách nhiệm đối với tranh chấp, khiếu kiện của bên thứ ba đối với các hành vi của bên mua có liên quan đến việc ký kết và thực hiện hợp đồng nầy cũng như trong quá trình bên mua quản lý, sử dụng, và định đoạt căn nhà thô. Trong quá trình thực hiện hợp đồng này nếu các tranh chấp của bên thứ ba đối với bên mua làm thiệt hại đến quyền lợi hợp pháp của bên bán thì bên mua và bên thứ ba phải có trách nhiệm liên đới bồi thường các thiệt hại thực tế phát sinh cho bên bán.

(l) the seller excludes liability for disputes, complaints of third parties with regard to the behaviour of the buyer related to the conclusion and implementation of this contract as well as in the process of the buyer management, use, and dispose of the rough House.
