Bên A có thể thay thế ứng viên cho vị trí tuyển dụng khác trong trường hợp bên B đã tuyển xong vị trí cũ mà bên A chưa tuyển được ứng viên thay thế cho bên A. Bên B có trách nhiệm thanh toán cho bên A nếu vị trí mới có chênh lệch mức lương so với vị trí cũ.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:
