6.1. Bảo trì thường xuyên:
Bất cứ lúc nào, chủ quản lý sử dụng công trình hoặc một ai khác phát hiện các hư hỏng nhỏ của công trình đều phải xem xét cẩn thận để tiến hành áp dụng cấp bảo trì, đối với chế độ bảo trì này chỉ áp dụng 2 cấp bảo trì là:
- Duy tu, bảo dưỡng (cấp 1).
- Sửa chữa nhỏ (cấp 2).
Nếu phát hiện các hư hỏng lớn thì phải áp dụng chế độ bảo trì đột xuất (mục 6.3).
Ghi chú: Một số các bộ phận, kết cấu công trình thường xảy ra hư hỏng được đưa vào mục 7, giúp Chủ sử dụng công trình có các xem xét phát hiện hư hỏng để áp dụng các cấp bảo trì.
