tôi tên........ hôm nay tôi viết gmail này để nhắc nhở về vấn đề " nhân viên khách sạn phục vụ không tốt"
cách đây khoảng 10 ngày tôi có đặt 2 phòng. nhưng khi tới nhận phòng thì phòng bừa bãi, không được sạch sẽ. tôi gọi quầy tiếp tân thi nhân viên lên phòng chậm trễ, làm mất nhiều thời gian của tôi. tôi cảm thấy không thoải mái. đây là một kì nghỉ tôi đã mong đợi rất nhiều nhưng khách sạn đã khiến tôi vô cùng bực bội
