........ my name today I write this to remind gmail on "hotel staff are not well served"
about 10 days ago I put 2 rooms. but when to check the indiscriminate room, not clean. I called the front desk to the room staff performance, delays, lost much of my time. I feel uncomfortable. this is a holiday I was expecting a lot, but the hotel made me extremely frustrating
