Mức độ hoạt động, hòa hợp về các phẩm chất tâm lý cá nhân của mọi người trong tập thể lao động được hình thành từ thái độ của mọi người đối với công việc, bạn bè, đồng nghiệp và người lãnh đạo tạo nên bầu không khí của tập thể. Trong tập thể lao động luôn có sự lan truyền cảm xúc từ người này sang người khác, nó ảnh hưởng rất lớn đến trạng thái tâm lý, thái độ đối với lao động với ngành nghề và với mỗi thành viên. Từ đó ảnh hưởng tới năng suất lao động và hiệu quả sản xuất kinh doanh.
