Khi tài sản phục vụ công tác quản lý được thanh lý, BQLDA phải lập một hội đồng thanh lý tài sản, chịu trách nhiệm đánh giá chính xác giá trị tài sản vào thời điểm thanh lý và lập biên bản thanh lý tài sản.
Các thành viên của Hội đồng thanh lý tài sản gồm: Giám đốc dự án, Kế toán trưởng/phụ trách kế toán, cán bộ theo dõi và quản lý tài sản.
