Rất cảm ơn ông đã gửi thư cho chúng tôi. Về ý kiến của ông tôi xin trả lời như sau:
- Ngay sau buổi làm việc với ông, ngày 15/9 chúng tôi đã gửi cho ông danh sách một số công ty VN để ông xem xét, lựa chọn.
- Chúng tôi luôn quan tâm việc này và đã nhiều lần viết thư hỏi ông đã chọn được công ty phù hợp chưa, nếu đã có thì gửi cho chúng tôi danh sách công ty VN phù hợp với mục đích của ông (the list of qualified companies) để chúng tôi có thể hỗ trợ ông.
- Chúng tôi cũng luôn bày tỏ sự sẵn sàng giúp đỡ thu xếp cuộc gặp nếu ông yêu cầu.
Thế nhưng trong suốt thời gian đó kể từ 15/9 ông không trả lời chúng tôi, không gửi danh sách công ty VN ông muốn gặp và cũng không đề nghị hỗ trợ thu xếp cuộc gặp.
- Ngày 11/10 ông có thư trả lời, nhưng cũng không gửi danh sách công ty ông định làm việc, không đề nghị thu xếp cuộc gặp mà chỉ thông báo thời gian ông đi VN từ 4/11-10/11.
Thực sự chúng tôi không hiểu được có thể hỗ trợ ông như thế nào khi không nhận được đề nghị cụ thể của ông. trong khi thời gian còn rất ít???
Ngày 20/10, chúng tôi lại chủ động viết thư cho ông và hỏi ông đã hẹn các cuộc gặp chưa? danh sách đoàn của ông bao nhiêu người??? để chúng tôi hỗ trợ. Nhưng ông cũng không hồi âm.
Ngày 21/10 (thứ Sáu): Buổi sáng, ông gửi thư cho chúng tôi thông báo ông đi VN một mình (trong khi ông nói với chúng tôi là đoàn đi khoảng 10 người). Trong thư này ông cũng không đề nghị hỗ trợ thu xếp cuộc gặp.
Chỉ đến phút chót vào lúc 1h12 pm, ngày 21/10, thứ Sáu (lúc này đã là 1h12 am giờ VN) ông mới gửi cho chúng tôi danh sách công ty ông sẽ làm việc, nhưng ông cũng không đề nghị hỗ trợ thu xếp các cuộc gặp.
Thưa ông, chúng tôi cũng đã hỗ trợ một số công ty của Mỹ vào Việt Nam gặp gỡ các đối tác VN và họ đã phối hợp rất tốt với chúng tôi. Các cuộc gặp đều được thu xếp tốt.
Như vậy, mong ông hiểu chúng tôi luôn mong muốn hỗ trợ ông, nhưng ông thực sự làm chúng tôi rất bị động.
Tuy nhiên, chúng tôi luôn sẵn sàng hỗ trợ ông nếu ông vẫn có nhu cầu cần hỗ trợ.
