• Thực hiện kiểm tra hồ sơ phát hàn

• Thực hiện kiểm tra hồ sơ phát hành thẻ, hồ sơ cấp hạn mức tín dụng thẻ của khách hàng đăng ký phát hành thẻ
• Thực hiện hoàn thiện các hợp đồng tín dụng hạn mức, hợp đồng dịch vụ thẻ tín dụng, hợp đồng cầm cố, thế chấp, hợp đồng bảo lãnh bằng tài sản đảm bảo của bên thứ 3 với khách hàng, thông báo hạn mức thẻ tín dụng cho khách hàng
• Thực hiện việc giải đáp thắc mắc của khách hàng trong quá trình sử dụng thẻ tín dụng. Lập, kiểm tra và gửi sao kê thẻ tín dụng định kỳ cho khách hàng
• Tham gia công tác dịch vụ khách hàng thẻ quốc tế như: Tra soát, khiếu nại …
• Theo dõi dư nợ của khách hàng, định kỳ phối hợp với bộ phận liên quan thông báo cho khách hàng thực hiện các nghĩa vụ trả nợ gốc, nợ lãi khoản vay thẻ tín dụng và các nghĩa vụ có liên quan khác đối với Ngân hàng ICBC – Chi nhánh Hà Nội.

• Perform test record card, record-level credit card customer registration card• Complete the implementation of credit limits, credit card service contract, contract of pledge, mortgage, contract guarantee with collateral of 3rd party clients, announced the credit card limits for customers• Perform troubleshooting of the customer in the process of using a credit card. • Monitoring of customer loans, periodic collaboration with Related departments inform customers perform the obligations to repay debt principal and interest credit card loans and other obligations related to the ICBC Bank - Hanoi Branch.
