Spruce Creek được xem là cộng đồng dân cư độc đáo nhất thế giới khi gần như mỗi gia đình trong thị trấn đều sở hữu một chiếc máy bay riêng và đây cũng được xem như một trong những phương tiện đi lại chính của cư dân thị trấn.
