3.2. Phương hướng hoạt động của công ty trong những năm tới
Trong xu thế toàn cầu hóa cũng như sự ra đời của nhiều nhà máy giấy làm cho sự cạnh tranh trong ngành ngày càng gay gắt hơn. Mở cửa hòa nhập với nền kinh tế thế giới cũng mở ra cơ hội cho ngành giấy nói chung và công ty Cổ phần giấy Hoàng Văn Thụ nói riêng. Trước tình hình đó, công ty đã đề ra những phương hướng hoạt động cụ thể như sau:
- Tăng cường nhập khẩu các nguyên liệu ngoại để nâng cao chất lượng sản phẩm và bổ sung các nguyên liệu còn khan hiếm trong nước.
- Tập trung giải quyết các khiếu nại để đáp ứng tốt hơn nhu cầu của khách hàng, từ đó giữ vững và mở rộng thị trường nhằm tăng doanh dố bán hàng.
- Tăng cường mối liên kết giữa các bộ phận để đảm bảo sự ăn khớp giữa sản xuất, tiêu thụ, từ đó giảm được giá trị hàng tồn kho và các chi phí liên quan.
- Hoàn thiện và nâng cao năng lực công tác quản lý, nâng cao chất lượng, trình độ nguồn nhân lực. Tăng cường nguồn nhân lực cho dây chuyền mới.
- Tiếp tục thắt chặt và giữ vững các hoạt động quản trị chất lượng. Tuân thủ nghiêm khắc các tiêu chuẩn chất lượng để hoàn thành tốt các mục tiêu chất lượng.
