Tôi đã từng gặp rất nhiều khó khăn trong cuộc sống và công việc, và có lúc tôi có thể xử lí rất tốt nhưng có lúc lại không như tôi mong đợi . Tôi nghĩ mình sẽ khắc phục điểm này bằng những kiến thức và kĩ năng mềm tôi đã có và sẽ cố gắng trau dồi thêm trong quá trình học cũng như học hỏi ở gia đình và thầy cô
