Chúng tôi có kỳ nghỉ tại Vinpearl Phú quốc từ 9/2 đến 13/2/2016. Khách sạn đẹp, nhân viên niềm nở, thân thiện. Sẽ rất tuyệt nếu khắc phục nhược điểm sau:
1. Đồ ăn không phong phú, lặp lại nhiều ngày liên tục, ít hải sản và thực sự không tươi. Đồ ăn thừa buổi trưa sẽ có thể chế biến là đồ ăn buổi chiều? (Trưa gà luộc thì tối sẽ có món về gà y như trưa???)...

2. Khi check in thấy thiếu một số vật dụng trong phòng, đã gọi báo lễ tân nhưng tận 22h mới mang lên khi yêu cầu lần nữa!

3. Mặc dù khách đã cung cấp thông tin chuyến bay nhưng không có thư nhắc giờ tiễn như trước kia đã từng làm? 19h gọi điện thì bảo chốc nữa sẽ gửi thông báo lên. 22h gọi điện hỏi thì bảo quên, sẽ kiểm tra lại và thông báo bằng điện thoại cho từng phòng của đoàn. 22h30 đút qua khe cửa một tờ giấy, không ấn chuông không báo gì đố ai biết mà đọc??? Và quý khách sạn thử đọc bản thông báo đính kèm theo. Giờ xe khởi hành là 7h30 nhưng quý khách trả phòng lúc 12 giờ trưa??? Máy móc lập trình theo qui định!
Tự nhiên làm cho cả đoàn cảm thấy ra về với sự bực mình và thất vọng!!!

We have holiday in Vinpearl Phu Quoc from 9/2 to 13/2/2016. Beautiful hotel, staff friendly, affable. Would be great if the following fix:1. The food is not abundant, repeat for many days continuously, less seafood and not really fresh. Excess food lunchtime will prepare food in the afternoon? (Boiled chicken Lunch, the dinner will have about the same chicken dish lunch???) ...2. When check in missing some items in the room, has called the front desk but take advantage of the new h and bring up when asked again!3. Although information customers provided the flight but no message prompt, seen now as before has ever done? 19 h call immediately a few moments more would send the notice up. 16 h call, then said forget, will check back and informed by phone for each room of the delegation. 22h30 inserted through door a sheet of paper, without pressing the Bell does not report what one knows that reading??? 1. The food is not plentiful, repeated many consecutive days, less seafood and really fresh. Noon leftovers can be processed as afternoon snacks? (Boiled chicken lunch then dinner will have lunch dishes like chicken ???) ... 2. When check in find missing some things in the room, but had to call the front desk to make new 22h to ask again! 3. Although the hotel has provided flight information but no practical reminders as previously hours worked? 19h call is sure will soon be sending messages to. 22h call the question sure to forget, will check and notify by telephone for each of the Group. 22h30 insert a sheet of paper through the door, rang the doorbell did not notice what is not who knows that read ??? And you try reading the hotel attached to the notice. Departure is 7:30 hours drive but you check out at 12 am ??? Machines programmed prescribed! Nature makes both groups feel left with frustration and disappointment !!! information back to the hotel for adjustment!
