Khoa Địa lí tự hào với đội ngũ cán bộ có trình độ chuyên môn cao, giàu kinh nghiệm giảng dạy và nghiên cứu khoa học, đã và đang đảm nhiệm công tác đào tạo Cử nhân Sư phạm, Thạc sĩ Địa lí và đang chuẩn bị đội ngũ cho việc đào tạo ở trình độ cao hơn.
Hiện nay khoa có 3 tổ chuyên môn với 20 cán bộ giảng viên (trong đó có 01 PGS.TS, 05 tiến sĩ, 11 thạc sĩ, 03 cử nhân). Đồng thời cùng đội ngũ cán bộ cơ hữu, khoa có đội ngũ giảng viên thỉnh giảng có trình độ cao và chuyên môn vững.

Faculty of geography boasts qualified staff skilled, experienced in teaching and scientific research, and the Bachelor of pedagogy, master of geography, and is preparing the team for training in higher levels.
