Điều 5: Điều khoản khác : Tăng ( giảm ) số lượng khách đi Tour
Bên B có thể thay đổi số lượng khách so với ban đầu ký kết trước 7 ngày thực hiện tour như sau :
- Tăng : tính theo đơn giá tour trong chương trình.
- Giảm : Chỉ được phép giảm 10% trên tổng lượng khách ban đầu đăng ký.
Điều 6 : Thời hạn hợp đồng :
Hợp đồng này có giá trị đến hết ngày mà hai bên hoàn tất mọi nghĩa vụ của hợp đồng. Nếu bên nào có ý định thay đổi bất cứ điều khoản nào của hợp đồng thì cần báo trước cho bên kia bằng văn bản theo thời gian đã thỏa thuận ở trên ( gửi bằng Email hoặc Fax) . Và thay đổi có hiệu lực khi có sự đồng ý của cả hai bên. Hai bên không được tự ý hủy hợp đồng ngoại trừ trường hợp bất khả kháng do thiên tai, lũ lụt, hỏa hoạn…

Điều 7 : Điều khoản cam kết :
Hai bên cam kết thực hiện đầy đủ và nghiêm chỉnh các điều khoản đã ghi trong hợp đồng này. Trong quá trình thực hiện nếu có gặp khó khăn hai bên cùng nhau bàn bạc giải quyết trên tinh thần hợp tác hai bên cùng có lợi. Các mâu thuẩn không thỏa thuận được sẽ do Trọng tài kinh tế giải quyết
Nếu nội dung và các điều khoản trong hợp đồng đã ký kết không sai lệch số lượng so với thực tế. Thì sau khi thực hiện bản hợp đồng này được xem như hợp đồng thanh lý .
Hợp đồng được lập thành 2. bản ( mỗi bản 4 trang ) mỗi bên giữ 1 bản và có giá trị như nhau.
