4.2.6. Quy trình thực hiện
Đối với hoạt động siêu thị, quy trình xử lý công việc được quan tâm đặc biệt. Chính vì sản phẩm siêu thị phải tiến hành đo lường thông thường bằng phương pháp định lượng nên cần phải ban hành những quy định thực hiện các công đoạn. Việc làm này nhằm đảm bảo các sản phẩm khi được thực hiện phải theo một tiêu chuẩn nhất định.
Tại siêu thị thì quy trình này được thực hiện một cách nghiêm túc và cụ thể. Quy trình thực hiện công việc được quy định một các rõ ràng trong hệ thống quản lý chất lượng của siêu thị.
