TL có thể dược chia sẻ tới người nhận phù hợp
Người được chia sẻ tài liệu có thể move/copy tài liệu về khu vực lưu trữ của mình.
Tài liệu có thể được mở, in, ghi chú và copy... bởi người nhận tài liệu khi người nhận được chia sẻ các quyền tương ứng.
Người nhận tài liệu có thể thay đổi trạng thái tài liệu tương tự với từng bước của qui trình
2. Bổ sung phần "Cách thực hiện" nội dung:
Chú ý: - không sử dụng chức năng gửi email tới NSD khi chia sẻ tài liệu để tránh tình trạng spam email tới NSD thực tế. Chỉ sử dung chức năng gử ithông báo qua hệ thống
- Bám theo qui trình nghiệp vụ được điều chỉnh ở bước UAT để thực hiện kiểm thử
