- Huấn luyện kỹ năng cho NVBB theo tiêu chuẩn
- Chịu trách nhiệm về chất lượng bày biện trên thị trường
- Phối hợp với DSM để đảm bảo đầy đủ hàng hóa theo tiêu chuẩn trưng bày và xây dựng mối quan hệ tốt với khách hàng
- Làm báo cáo đầy đủ, chính xác hàng tháng
- Tổ chức thực hiện các chiến lược trưng bày thông qua việc giám sát các nghiệp vụ hàng ngày của NV bày biện nhằm hoàn thành các chỉ tiêu trưng bày.
- Trực tiếp quản lý, đôn đốc và động viên, khích lệ tinh thần làm việc của các thành viên trong bộ phận nhằm đạt và vượt các tiêu chí chung.
