Thời hạn thanh toán tiền mua tài sản: Sau khi tổ chức bán đấu giá thành đến ngày tháng năm 2007.

Thời hạn giao tài sản: Chậm nhất không quá 05 ngày làm việc kể từ ngày người trúng đấu giá nộp đủ tiền mua tài sản
