1.1 Bên B đồng ý bán cho Bên A các sản phẩm mỹ phẩm nhãn hiệu Za, sau đây gọi là “Hàng hoá” với chi tiết thực hiện mua bán được quy định theo các điều khoản dưới đây của Hợp đồng.
1.2 Thông tin hàng hóa sẽ được Bên B cung cấp cho Bên A theo từng Đơn đặt hàng.
1.3 Giá bán được quy định tại Điều 2 của Hợp đồng.
1.4 Khi bán lẻ cho người tiêu dùng, Bên A áp dụng giá bán lẻ có tham khảo đến Giá do Bên B niêm yết tại hệ thống các cơ sở bán lẻ chính thức của Bên B. Trong trường hợp có điều chỉnh / thay đổi Giá Bên B sẽ gởi thông báo cho Bên A trước 30 (ba mươi ngày) ngày làm việc.
1.5 Nếu Bên B thực hiện các chương trình giảm giá, khuyến mãi…Bên A có trách nhiệm phối hợp thực hiện với Bên B thông qua hệ thống cửa hàng được nêu trên
