Nhiều doanh nghiệp chưa tổ chức khám sức khỏe định kỳ và khám phụ khoa cho chị em. Thế nhưng việc thanh kiểm tra, xử lý các vi phạm pháp luật lao động chưa được quan tâm đúng mức, dẫn đến bức xúc của người lao động.
