Nếu các ứng cử viên không thành công trong các cuộc phỏng vấn, SPVB sẽ gửi thư cám ơn và hy vọng họ sẽ trở lại trong vị trí khác. Họ sẽ giải thích tại sao ứng cử viên không được chấp nhận. If the candidate is not successful in the interview, SPVB will send a letter thanking and hope they will come back in a different location. They will explain why the candidate was not accepted. If successful, candidates will send mail SPVB to congratulate them and give a date to take the job.

If the successful candidate will send a letter, thank you for the interview SpvB, hope that they will be in a different position, they will explain why not accept the candidate. If the successful candidate, SpvB will send an email to congratulate their bow for a one-day working visit.
