Ta) Hoàn trả một phần vốn góp cho thành viên theo tỷ lệ vốn góp của họ trong vốn điều lệ của Công ty nếu đã hoạt động kinh doanh liên tục trong hơn hai năm, kể từ ngày đăng ký kinh doanh; đồng thời vẫn bảo đảm thanh toán đủ các khoản nợ và các nghĩa vụ tài sản khác sau khi đã hoàn trả cho thành viên;

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

I) reimburse a shares to members in proportion to their share in the Charter capital of the company if the business has operated continuously for more than two years from the date of registration; at the same time still ensure full payment of the debts and other assets after the obligation has been repaid to members;

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

Ta) Repayment of capital contribution for a member in proportion to their capital contribution in the charter capital of the company if the business has continued for over two years from the date of business registration; while still ensuring the payment of all debts and other financial obligations after reimbursement for members;
