Nếu không cải thiện vệ sinh an toàn thực phẩm phù hợp với quy định quốc tế, hàng hóa xuất khẩu của Việt Nam sẽ không thể vượt qua rào cản kỹ thuật khắt khe của thị trường thế giới.

Theo Bộ Y Tế, hầu hết các cơ sở bán thức ăn đường phố đều không chấp hành các quy định về VSATTP và không rõ nguồn gốc xuất xứ của thực phẩm chế biến.
