Referred to our meeting last week I would like to summarize the following points as what we discussed in your office to make sure we were aligned on the following points:-

• We will focus on the project selling at the time being since there’s no intention to plan any local stock for Pilsa at this moment, however having said that I’m strongly suggest to you to reconsider my proposal of looking into the stocking order if you are seriously and eagerly want to venture into this business, otherwise it’s very hard without making any stock presence of getting the project, this’s really a dynamic business in the fast pace environment we are involving in the construction business in all country level not only in Vietnam, it will only work on the stock availability to secure the project. Hence with that please consider my proposal again.

• We also spoke about the new Intercontinental Hotel Project @ Phu Quoc Island which you are quite positively of getting this project, a project consist of 400 rooms and 5 villas is schedule to start in September for the pipe works installation. Please kindly keep me in the update for this project, hopefully we will know it prior to September.

• Please find enclose Sitech+ price list and product brochure for your great endeavour to look into this system for the low noise Soil & Waste system in your area of contacts. It could be a good products for Intercontinental Hotel as such project could appreciate a better system over the normal PVC material which have no absorption properties to ease an unpleasant noise.
