không nên chạy theo những công trình dự án hào nhoáng, đồ sộ, không phù hợp với trình độ phát triển của nền kinh tế như Hy Lạp cho Olympics Athen 2000. Chính sự vung tay quá trán của Hy Lạp lúc đó cũng là nguyên nhân khủng hoảng nợ công về sau.
