Căn cứ bộ luật lao động ngày 23/6/1994, luật sửa đổi bổ sung một số điều của bộ luật lao động ngày 02/04/2002 và ngày 29/11/2006
Căn cứ nghị định số 41 CP ngay 06/07/1995của chính phủ quy định chi tiết và hướng dẫn 1 số điều của bộ luật lao động về kỉ luật lao động và trách nhiệm vật chất, nghị định số 33/2003/ND-CP ngày 02/04/2003 của chính phủ sửa đổi bổ sung 1 số điều của nghị định 41/CP ngày 06/07/1995 của chính phủ
Căn cứ thông tư 19/2003/TT-BLDTBXH ng ày 22/09/2003 của bộ luật lao động thương binh và xã hội hướng dẫn thực hiện 1 số điều của nghị định 41/CP ngày 06/07/1995 của chính phủ quy định chi tiết và hướng dẫn 1 số điều của bộ luật lao động về kỉ luật lao động và trách nhiệm vật chất, nghị định số 33/2003/ND-CP ngày 02/04/2003 của chính phủ
Sau khi nghiên cứu hồ sơ đăng kí nội quy lao động của công ty cổ phần may đáp cầu, sở lao động thương binh xã hội tỉnh bắc ninh thông báo như sau:

2. đề nghị công ty thông báo nội quy lao động đến từng người lao động và niêm yết ở những nơi cần thiết trong đơn vị
