Trường hợp doanh nghiệp kinh doanh ngành, nghề không thuộc ngành, nghề ghi trong giấy chứng nhận đăng ký kinh doanh nhưng không thực hiện việc đăng ký thay đổi nội dung đăng ký doanh nghiệp thì bị xử phạt vi phạm hành chính trong lĩnh vực kế hoạch và đầu tư theo Nghị định số 155/2013/NĐ-CP.
