Trường hợp các bên có tranh chap về

Trường hợp các bên có tranh chap về các nội dung của hợp đồng này thì hai bên cùng bàn bạc giải quyết thông qua thương lượng. Trong thời hạn...ngày, kể từ ngày một trong hai bên thông báo bằng văn bản cho bên kia về tranh chap phát sinh mà tranh chấp đó không được thương lượng giải quyết thì một trong hai bên có quyền yêu cầu Tòa án giải quyết theo quy định của pháp luật Việt Nam.
