3.3. Bản thỏa thuận này có hiệu lực kể từ ngày ký. Trong trường hợp hai bên không đạt được sự thỏa thuận về việc hợp tác kinh doanh, thì thỏa thuận này vẫn có hiệu lực ràng suốt thời hạn của hợp đồng, kể từ ngày hai bên chính thức ký văn bản xác nhận hủy bỏ việc hợp tác kinh doanh
