Tài sản thuê tài chính được khấu hao theo phương pháp đường thẳng dựa trên thời gian hữu dụng ước tính của tài sản cùng loại thuộc sở hữu của Công ty. Trong trường hợp không chắc chắn là bên thuê sẽ có quyền sở hữu tài sản khi hết hạn hợp đồng thuê thì tài sản thuê tài chính được khấu hao theo thời gian ngắn hơn giữa thời gian hữu dụng ước tính và thời hạn thuê.
