Sinh viên không cần cung cấp điểm tiếng Anh khi nộp hồ sơ vì trường không yêu cầu điểm TOEFL hay IELTS. Sinh viên sẽ được làm các bài kiểm tra xếp lớp và dựa trên kết quả này để phân bổ vào các lớp tiếng Anh hoặc chương trình học tập phù hợp. Hồ sơ xin nhập học bao gồm: mẫu đăng ký nhập học dành cho sinh viên quốc tế; phí nhập học 40 USD; xác nhận của ngân hàng (với những sinh viên cần làm visa) và bản chụp trang thông tin trên hộ chiếu.

Có bốn khóa đăng ký học trong năm là khóa mùa xuân vào tháng 4, khóa mùa hè vào tháng 7, khóa mùa thu vào tháng 9 và khóa mùa đông vào tháng 1.
