Hiện nay Childfund Việt Nam đang hỗ trợ triển khai dự án 5 năm về sinh kế tại huyện Trà Lĩnh, tỉnh Cao Bằng giai đoạn (2014-2019). Mục tiêu của dự án nhằm phát triển kinh tế bền vững, đang dạng hóa sinh kế và đảm bảo an ninh lương thực tại huyện Trà Lĩnh. Một trong 5 kết quả của dự án là đối tượng thanh niên được tham gia đào tạo nghề gắn với nhu cầu việc làm của thị trường. Với mong đợi của dự án sau 5 năm số lượng thanh niên được đào tạo là 150 người. Đào tạo nghề cho thanh niên và sử dụng có hiệu quả lao động thanh niên là vấn đề có ý nghĩa rất lớn, một mặt góp phần thúc đẩy phát triển kinh tế-xã hội của địa phương, một mặt góp phần cải thiện mặt bằng dân trí, rút ngắn chênh lệch về trình độ giữa miền núi với miền xuôi, giữa đồng bào daan tộc thiểu số với dân tộc đa số. Để có cơ sở khoa học cho công tác đào tạo nghề cho đối tương thanh niên phù hợp với nhu cầu của người được đào tạo và nhu cầu việc làm của thị trường có ý nghĩa quan trọng và cấp thiết do vậy Childfund đề xuất nghiên cứu: “Phân tích thị trường việc làm cho Thanh niên tại huyện Trà Lĩnh, tỉnh Cao Bằng”. Kết quả nghiên cứu này là cơ sở khoa học quan trong phục vụ công tác đào tạo nghề cho thanh niên thuộc dự án Childfund huyện Trà Lĩnh, tỉnh Cao Bằng.

Now Childfund Vietnam is supporting the project 5 years on livelihood in the Tea Fields, Cao Bang province phase (2014-2020). The goal of the project aimed at sustainable economic growth, livelihood diversification and ensure food security in the Tea Field. One of 5 results of the project is the youth audience was involved job training tied to the needs of the job market. With the project's expectations after 5 years the number of youth trained is 150 people. Vocational training for youth and effective use of labour youth's problems have huge implications, on the one hand contribute to promoting socio-economic development of the locality, on the one hand contribute to improve recreation ground, to shorten the disparity between the level of the mountains with narrow , between fellow daan ethnic minorities with ethnic majority. To have the scientific basis for vocational training for the young future fit for the needs of the training and employment needs of the market have important implications and therefore urgent Childfund proposed study: "analysis of the job market for young people in the Tea Fields , Cao Bang province ".
