Đối với đào tạo thuê ngoài: Sau khi kết thúc khoá học; kết quả học tập của học viên sẽ được đánh giá, chứng nhận qua các văn bằng, chứng chỉ, giấy chứng nhận,....:
Đối với đào tạo nội bộ, đào tạo cho nhân viên Công ty thuê làm việc tại công trình: Cán bộ, nhân viên được đào tạo phải làm bài kiểm tra theo các câu hỏi đào tạo. Kết thúc đợt đào tạo, bộ phận tổ chức đào tạo lập Biên bản đào tạo, yêu cầu học viên ký xác nhận nội dung đã học. Bộ phận tổ chức đào tạo giữ 01 bản photo, gửi bản gốc về cho Phòng hành chính chậm nhất 01 tuần sau khi kết thúc đào tạo.
Trong trường hợp cán bộ, nhân viên được cử đi đào tạo bên ngoài hoặc đào tạo nội bộ với kết quả đào tạo không đạt yêu cầu lần 1 sẽ được công ty cho đào tạo lại; không đạt lần 2 sẽ phải chịu hoàn toàn các chi phí đào tạo phát sinh (nếu có); không đạt lần 3: nghỉ việc.
