Việc họp này rất hiệu qủa nhằm chấn chỉnh ngay những hạn chế, kịp thời giải quyết những khó khăn của các phòng ban kiến nghị và để thông nhất chung và tạo sự đồng thuận trong giải quyết công việc. Có như vậy mới thực hiện tốt vai trò dân chủ tại cơ quan, đơn vị.
