Bằng văn bản này, chúng tôi cho phép nhà thầu được sử dụng hàng hóa do chúng tôi cung cấp để chào trong hồ sơ dự thầu của nhà thầu.
Chúng tôi xin cam đoan sẽ cung cấp đủ các loại hàng hoá nêu trên cho Nhà Thầu để cung cấp cho Bên mời thầu và đảm bảo việc bảo hành hàng hoá theo hợp đồng cung cấp được ký giữa Bên mời thầu và Nhà Thầu.
