Hàng hóa và các dịch vụ liên quan được cung cấp theo Hợp đồng này sẽ phải tuân theo các thông số kỹ thuật và tiêu chuẩn đề cập tại Mục 2 Chương IV – Phạm vi cung cấp; nếu tại Mục 2 Chương IV không đề cập đến một thông số hay tiêu chuẩn nào có thể áp dụng thì phải tuân thủ theo thông số và tiêu chuẩn tương đương hoặc cao hơn tiêu chuẩn hiện hành tại quốc gia hoặc vùng lãnh thổ mà hàng hóa có xuất xứ.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

Goods and services provided under this agreement will be subject to the specifications and standards mentioned in section 2 Chapter IV – scope of supply; If in section 2 of chapter IV did not mention a parameters or standard would apply, they must comply with the specifications and standards is equivalent or higher standards in the country or territory in which the goods originate.
